Kat and Jake engagement session/ 7 Bridges Trial in Grant Park, South Milwaukee / Third Ward, Milwaukee

I met Kat and Jake to shoot their engagement session in Grant Park, South Milwaukee. We walked down to the beach looking for the signs of spring. Aria, the couple’s puppy was really excited with all the new places and new scents in the air. Despite all the excitement she was so well behaved! Early April in Wisconsin can be cold and dreary. We, however, were fortunate to have warm weather, sun and even a mysterious fog over Lake Michigan!
After our stroll on the beach, we dropped Aria at her puppy daycare and went on to explore city life at Third Ward. Kat and Jake were so easy to work with. They laugh a lot and complement each other’s presence. They are easy going and have certain chemistry which made it a breeze to photograph.
Love is definitively in the air when those two are together!

Weronika and Patrick are such a fun couple, I’ve had a blast walking with them around the park and on the beach. Lake Michigan is very beautiful in spring! Their little puppy Zolka joined us for the session, she almost stole the show!
